Delivery by courier (standard shipping)

Your purchase is very important to us! We start preparing your shipment the same day we receive your order. And we deliver it to your home within 3 to 5 business days.

Pick up at Outletshoop Central Office

The fee in this case is 0 EUR. After placing the order, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up date and time.

Cancellation of shipment

If the online store is unable to comply with its contractual obligation due to not having access to the items specified in the contract, or is unable to provide the requested service, it must inform the corresponding buyer. The online store does not enter in contract with minors. By accepting the commercial conditions, the buyer declares that he is of legal age to contract.
